- Items must be in resalable condition – unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- For plants, we understand things happen. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns about the health of your plants. We’re here to help them thrive!

- Receive Your FREE Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Just print it out.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully repack the item you’re returning, ideally in its original packaging.
- Attach the Label: Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Relax: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return.

- New Item Shipped: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship out the new item to you, free of charge!
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
